World referee seminar in March in Vienna

ienna, Austria; WKF head office organise the annual World referee Seminar in next March 2nd-4th.

After Lviv 2011 is Vienna now the next host, for 2013 the seminar will be held in Poland.

All WKF referees, who not has attended the last seminar in Lviv 2011, must extend their license in Vienna. The extended License is valid for three Years again.

Without licence is unexceptional no refereeing for WKF possible !

The transition period for licenses form other federations ends on February 29th.
